Late Saturday morning one of our residents, Amber, woke the housemom. It was time to deliver the baby! After timing contractions and gathering some of her things they headed to the hospital.
By 10 o'clock Sunday morning Amber had given birth to a beautiful baby girl! She weighed 7 pounds and was 21 inches long.
Amber spent a few days in the hospital to recover. When Amber came home she followed through with her plan to place for adoption with two wonderful adoptive parents.
